Wuttup y'all, this is my first post here. A little about me, I stand at 5'8", weigh about 180, and have a vertical of 23", AND have tendonitis in my right knee. Yep.... it's pretty pathetic. However, with all the good stuff I've been reading here, along with a new years "get-fit" program, I plan on weighing 170 and increasing my vertical to 30+. My goal is to dunk.
PS: I went to the Lakers/Celtics game today....
