$upp people,names $oroush,i am 15yrs old,6ft 2 inches tall(still growing)and all muscle. i will be looking forward to contributing to the forums.ma man ryano3 reffered me 2 this site.im new 2 dis streetballtalk but ill be here for quite a while. Ive been into sports my entire life. Ive been doing bodybuilding for 5yrs, and i also have been doin tae kwon do for about 2yrs and im pretty serious about it. I love my soccer and have been playin dat since i was a little kid.im here mainly for training and i hope u like wat i have 2 say. pce

soroush is a gud freind of mine he is new 2 forums and these thngs,but he is with me so just giv him some time.He has experience in weightlifting/powerlifting/tae kwon do and youll c much more of him on the site

I have 3 tips on my black belt, one more then I can test for second degree in november, im getting kinda tired of it though

what forums do you own, and if you are a bodybuilder help ryano out with his routine its hard to explain over the internet. its alot easier when with clients for me.
