Default My first post
Wuttup y'all, this is my first post here. A little about me, I stand at 5'8", weigh about 180, and have a vertical of 23", AND have tendonitis in my right knee. Yep.... it's pretty pathetic. However, with all the good stuff I've been reading here, along with a new years "get-fit" program, I plan on weighing 170 and increasing my vertical to 30+. My goal is to dunk.

PS: I went to the Lakers/Celtics game today....

we'll help you here man but go and introduce your self in "New Member Area" and try to get 100 posts when ever you can and you can ask for some programs as soon as you do but post good comments no free posting man
