sup guys!
Nice B-ball community around here... I'm 17, vert is 32 inches, height 5'10.5" and I'm from asia. I usually play organized basketball but I'm very interested in improving my vert, and learning some cool streetball tricks!

Wing Span: 6ft 3
After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30
Starting Novice Weights + Upperbody

As of today i can't dunk but i can easily touch the rim, I'm PF in our team but i really want to be the G. Anyone here can suggest any program for me, I think I'm gonna try vjb, i heard that it is one the best programs around. I also have a problem when bumping with other guys, can anyone suggest what training program to strengthen my upper body? Thanks!

Hey, umm, I think you misunderstood what I said, I'm just researching for programs that will help me be a better player and I don't have any programs to follow yet. By the way, do you have some programs that could help? I think, I have much to learn in Basketball. Anyway, Thanks!

aim:
1.standing and running vert 30+ inches
2.get the vjb
3.become a centre in my school team cos the tallest centre we have is only 170cm ... dots
