Hey guys,

New member here, I'm actually one of the older guys I think cuz I'm 20 going on 21 and I used to be like everybody on this forum when I was 13-15. I was obsessed with my vertical jump and I could grab rim when I was in the 9th grade, but I kinda got sidetracked but now I'm back. I go to the University of Hawaii at Manoa and it is my last year (hopefully!

) and I been doing Vertical Jump Bible VJB with the weights and all trying to improve my strength because I've already done Air Alert II when I was your guys age. But yea... its pretty interesting, this forum is. hope to get to know you guys better and plz dont flame me!

Well, I am 6 ft and yes, on some parks I can dunk and in most gyms because of the cushy hardwood it gives you that extra lift. I mainly used Vertical Jump Bible's exercises (strength focused) to increase my vert and I think it is around the mid 30's. I'm also light for my height weighing only 148 so maybe thats why I can get up.
