Hey, I'm Tuah
It's great to find a forum with real players looking to get better.
A little about me: I'm a former high school player. I was alright and had a blast playing at camps and tournaments with my teammates. I mainly play at 24 hour fitness now, workout with a trainer a couple of times a month to remain sharp, and rebound the ball for my younger brother (plays at the academy of art in San Francisco) and younger cousin (going to be a red-shirt point guard freshman at University of Minnesota).
Always looking for new things to help me remain sharp and increase my abilities on the court & understanding of the game. So if you have any good stuff, I'm hungry to read, watch, and incorporate it. If you need anything (I've tried & own a lot of the gimmicks online, what can I say, I'm a sucker for those sales pages, lol) I'll be glad to share it with you.

Re: Hey, I'm Tuah
I'm 23. I tried Jump Soles, basic plyo workouts, and all that ebook stuff for verts. But that was awhile ago (I was about 13), when I was focused on dunking and nothing else, lol.
My coach pretty much told me if I wanted a chance to play college ball (which I did), I should focus on building my basketball skills and my overall athleticism. Had no clue where to find a basketball trainer (had this bodybuilder guy didn't know ANYTHING about training for basketball or sports) and places like this weren't around.
It's funny you should mention gobasketballpro. I've been thinking about buying it, and was looking around google to see what other people thought, and found this place in the google rankings. After reading what others have posted, and reading rali todd's sales page, I think I'll just stick with my trainer twice a week. I don't need a list of drills (I've bought the first 5 betterbasketball DVDs so I have enough drills, and there are a ton of sites to get them for free). I was looking for something or someone online that would take the place of my trainer, cause dude is expensive. $50 an hour, and I got a normal, regular job. So I thought this rali todd guy would make personal workouts to keep in shape & stay sharp on the court, but it looks like it's just a bunch of stuff (articles) I can find for free on the blogs I already go to.

A couple of my AAU teammates play minor league pro ball (CBA when it was around, IBDL). I realized pretty early that I didn't have the natural skills to be developed to be a pro player, which is ok with me. Still love to play. I'm really interested in the business aspects of pro ball, and am applying to law school. The plan is to be a sports agent in a couple of years.
