dribbling and the ability to shoot jump shots actually will help you to get dunks in games,cos if all you can do is dunk people are goin to be able to predict wat your gonna do every time your on offense, but if u got a reliable jump shot and can dribble ,people will know not to leave you open for a J and then you can fake and use good dribblin skills to drive to the hoop

Hey kushal
the best way to get hops without screwing yourself up. Buy 2 pair of 14 kg ankle weights and wear it on your legs and on your wrists. Walk around normally all day. Never take it off. After a few decades you will notice that LeBron James has come to town. And the benefit of this program is that your muscles will never get damaged. blaugh
