A is the lowest, then it's AA then AAA


Just to give you an idea, there are about 10-15 highschools in my town, most have A or AA basketball and maybe less than half have AAA divison teams.

So that would make let's say....

10 Division A Teams
10-15 Division AA Teams
5-6 Division AAA Teams

That's in highschool..

When you get to college, there are only 4 colleges in town..and only two have AAA Division Teams..

So for college :

4 Division A Teams
4 Division AA Teams
2 Division AAA Teams

And University :

1 Team in the whole city Ahahaha..


I made the Division A team by the way...But the way it works, when you're in college, all players go to the highest selection, for example in my college AA and then the remaining players go to the A selection..I only went to the A selection..There were still 30-40 players for the A division tryouts lol.

Yeah my school is AA right now, cept im in Alberta, I made my middle school team when i tried out that was my second year playin basketball, cept the year before my coach sucked and i learned NOTHING about the game. This year i could easily become a prospect of the team even though im a freshman at my highschool, could have made varsity but decided not ta play just yet. Wanna get my skills down pat on the junior varsity so yeah im lightin up the junior varsity league right now
