I started off last week with Athletes Vertical Resource
I really like it, it is fairly east but really works your muscles.
Monday Thursday is Plyos
Tuesday Friday is Weights
I started on week 6 though because the beginner is very basic and easy
I finished up to week seven on air alert and it works the muscles better than AVR does..
so i am going to finish air alert i think
its week eight so its rest week!!
Height: 5'7.5"
Standing Vert: 18" (not very good)
Not sure what my running vert is because i have never measured it.
Goal: To touch the rim
Any Suggestions on anything would be very useful.
I will keep everyone updated
