Default BDoz Journal

I started off last week with Athletes Vertical Resource
I really like it, it is fairly east but really works your muscles.
Monday Thursday is Plyos
Tuesday Friday is Weights
I started on week 6 though because the beginner is very basic and easy

I finished up to week seven on air alert and it works the muscles better than AVR does..
so i am going to finish air alert i think
its week eight so its rest week!!

Height: 5'7.5"
Standing Vert: 18" (not very good)
Not sure what my running vert is because i have never measured it.
Goal: To touch the rim

Any Suggestions on anything would be very useful.
I will keep everyone updated

I'm assuming you are a women because of the purple writing and the candace parker picture.

Hey i wouldn't recommend air alert and i think i should tell you first kindly before all the members on the site start to rip your apart for even thinking of using it. Air alert is basically a program which involves way too many reps common look at the first week honestly how many times have you jumped 20 times in a basketball game in a row, none. I would suggest you go to defrancos west side for skinny bast@@ s or go to the higher faster sports site and get the vertical jump bible or at least read the articles. Since you are a women you are probably pretty weak because most women are to scared to pick up anything heavier the a pink dumbbell weighing 5 pounds. You should probably lift weights if you want to make consitant gains in your vertical and just keep playing basketball. Don't worry you won't start to look like a man you don't have enough testerone too. I guarantee you candance parker most likely lifts weights
