Default Truper's Intermediate Plyos. VJB.

I did my second workout today. Felt good. My legs felt real shaky after depth jumps tho. I have a 38 running vertical. I would like just about 3 or 4 inches. That would be nice. I am making 500 shots a day. I play in about two pick up games a day. I lift everyday. Tuesday and Thursdays are my Leg lifting days.

Have you ever done any other exercices to get to 38 inch vertical?

I've squatted some. I've done some plyo's here and there. Not to much tho. This is my first actually program. Could I possibly gain 3 or 4 inches from doing this program? I am also doing, heavy squats, lunges, split squats, calf raises, and leg press.

1-foot jumping uses more plyometric ability, so usually 1 foot jumpers are better developed in that area. The strength stuff you're doing might help more than the plyos.
