Alright. I finished the 1st day of the Beginner plyos. And I have a question.. Is this suppose to burn and tire my legs a lot? My legs are so tired. Is this normal?
P.S My lower body is VERY VERY BUFF. I have lots and LOTS AND LOTS of leg muscle. I have leg muscle on my shins, lots on my calves, quads, glutes, etc. Plus, my upper body is a little bit buff. But if I have REALLY strong lower body then why does it burn so much after doing 1 session of Beginner plyos?
