Default VJB Begginers Plyos, and weight loss journal.

Hey sup, Started VJB a couple of months ago but got injured so now im restarting, I also run intervals three times a week to lose som extra fat
Not on a diet but ive started to eat healthier too.

Did my second workout today, The alternating lunges are eeeaaasy and some of my friends think they're hard, but i dont know im doing them right i checked a video.

The only thing i have trouble with are the jump lunges, my legs are dead after those, and becuase of that I cant do low squat ankle jumps with good form, i dont realy think i can do those with good form anyway ;s ..

I think my running ONE legged verts around 28-30 becuase i can grab rim on good days with my 7'6 reach. I want to get 10 inches in total but from plyos only now I'm happy with 4. Im getting a gym membership in august and then ill start weights.

wish me luck Sorry for grammar/spelling etc

you should do it along with the bodyweight for best gains, but these are the alternating lunges just take away the weights these are not easy they killed me for the rest of my workout i couldnt use good form
YouTube - Lunge Jumps
and the lunge jumps u do the same thing as that but land in the same position and jump again using the same leg i know the video says lunge jumps but they are really alternating lunge jumps

Okay, I thought alternating lunges were just when you stepped one leg in front like a usuall lunge and went back up. So alternating is jump lunges switch legs and jump lunges are the same but you land in the same spot with your legs? I think I got it :P

thank you, otherwise I would've doing the whole program wrong x) And I will do bodyweight in the afternoon since I do plyos in the morning ? thanks
