Default throughthefire VJB Journal

I started doing novice plyometrics and my own weight lifting program on Monday so today i will be doing my last workout of week 1 of phase I. Everything seems pretty easy except the low ankle squat jumps which makes my quads burn like a motherfucker!....i can still do them all and feel fine a while later so i guess it's working!
Does anyone else get a burn while doing those or any other exercise?

this may be very optimistic, but my goal is to gain 12 inches on my standing vertical....i accidently listed '30 as my standing vertical, but that's actually my running vertical...my standing vertical is '25.

i wrote down stuff in my journal but the low squat ankle jumps didnt really make my quads burn but it made them tired and i was only getting like a inch off the ground but i tried

I did my second workout of week 2 phase I yesterday...it went very well actually...the exercises are actually getting easier to do and i can feel my calves and quads getting stronger, but i can't jump higher YET...i didn't do my lower body lifting yesterday, but i will pick that back up next week....i'm still doing plyos though...and i have not done any upper body this week...i will get back on that next week.
