Height:5foot 5
Age:13
Running vertica jump(I think I got this wrong cause I measure how tall I am with my arm to the bottom of my feet,then I jump and I place a tag on the wall where I jumped and I measure from there,Im pretty sure I got this wrong but help me find out how to find my vertical jump)36inch
Goal:40inch

Im going to strecth at least an hour every 2 days,and after strecthes I keep on jumping and touching the rims for 10minute or so,then take a break stretch and try to 1 hand dunk and that its for 1 day tell me if I should change anything? Or and I do squats

you kinda got it right, stand with your feet straight touching the wall and put your arm straight up.. mark a line or tag wherever your arm is on the wall. now from the spot your in jump straight up and mark another tag as high as you can.. you should do this 3 times a day and each time you jump do it 3 times and work out the average for it, thats the way i got told to measure my vert

13, 5'5" with a 36" vert is mest up. To mesure your vert go up to a wall and reach as high as you can (no tippy toes), mark that spot. Then from a standstill point jump as high as you can and mark where you touch. Mesure the difference between your reach and your highest jump and that is your vertical

my bad.. i forgot to say measure between your standing reach and where you got after you jumped
