I planned on doing novice weights and plyos too on my schedule. At the last minute I decided to do the intermediate plyos. Now I do the leg workout A and int. plyos Monday, Arms and abs tuesday, arms and abs thursday, leg workout B and int. plyos Friday, and Arms and abs Saturday, Sunday rest. As I said I originally planned to do novice plyos on wednesday, but now I have it open. I'll cross train by boxing, running, or swimming.

So as you can see my workout is simlar to yours, so you have my approval lol. I think resting only one day is sufficient because you aren't working the same muscle groups everyday, but rather arms and legs switch off. good luck

well ok the workouts have been also going very good recently i thankfully am not sore. I was using 55-60% of my 1rep max so i will build up to the 80%

Also how would doing the plyos in my pool. It 4ft 2in high or around that.

I will be using jumpsoles for a few of the excersises, woulld that be fine or just use sneakers.

Hight 5'9" more or less
Weight 117 lb
Hand Size 8'1/4" inches long and 5 inches wide not inclduing fingers
Shoe size 11 mens

Big Hands i realized lol

Stanging reach 7'4 or 5"

Wanna get 10 inches from this program is it possible??
