Default danilo5753 VJB Journal ~

This is my journal on VJB training programme .

* Age : 21
* Height : 5'7
* Reach : 7' 3
* Weight : 70kg
* Current Vertical Jump : 28"
* Goal Vertical Jump after done VJB Beginner plyo Phase 1 : 34"

I am on Beginner plyometric routine currently , didnt done any serious vertical jump programme before .

I was about to choose Air Alert 3 as my programme at first , but some of the forum member do encourage me not to do it so I will switch to VJB as recommended .

I am a minor bodybuilder , and have some decent overall muscles . I've done squat , deadlift and so on .

Feel free to comment me
