Default wetshooter's vjb beginners pylos journal

i was doing air alert 3 (was starting week 5) before until i got VJB, going to start this workout tommorow. hopefully i will beable to grabs the rim with ease after this 12 week program.

So Far
1 legged running vert: 28-29 inches
2 legged running vert: 26 inches
standing vert: 24 inches

Goal at the end of this program
1 legged running vert: 33-34 inches
2 legged running vert: 31-32 inches
standing vert: 28-29 inches

done first day of week 1 complete...all excercises were pretty easy (except for the low squat ankle jumps, that got me sweating)...maybe i should skip this program and go straight to novice plyometrics

Probably becuase you did AA for a while. I would stick with it if the book told you to go that route.

Low squat ankle jumps were like effortless to me. That's intruiging.

i think it varies from person to person(strengths/weaknesses, i actually found lunges to be the hardest. and the ankle squats were effortless for me too

finished first week and my legs were only soar from day 1, not soar at all from day 2 and 3
