I'm doing vertical jump bible and so far its easy. Done one week of novice plyometrics and increased my jump by about one inch. I started from being just able to touch the ring to getting one inch of my finger above the rim.
I've stopped vjb after 2wks and now I''ve restarted the program. In the weeks that i was doing nothing, somehow gained on my vert and now i can get 75% of my fingers above the 10ft rim.
Hey guys whats up, i was thinking about getting air alert but i heard some mixed reviews on it and some reall good reviews on vjb. my mom ordered it for me about 5 minutes ago and i ordered the hard covered book, i wanna know if its any different from the e-book style. anybody know?
