hey everyone thanks for the advice in the past and i decided to do VJb Intermiadte Strength Focused routine. Last Friday i went to the Gym to get my 1 rep maxs and this is what i got:
Squat: 220 lb
Deadlift 250 lb
Leg Curl 120lb
Bulgarian split squat 120 lb
My stats are:
Hight 5'9'' havent even hit my growth spurt yet

Arm span 5'9''
standing reach 7'5''
Running vertical jump 31 inches
standing vertical jump 20 inches miss measured
Reactive jump off 16 inch box 19 inches( di i chose the wrong program and should i do the balance program??
Monday and wendsday workout went well. 45-15 minutes each
