Exclamation Next Best Legend Routine

hey everyone thanks for the advice in the past and i decided to do VJb Intermiadte Strength Focused routine. Last Friday i went to the Gym to get my 1 rep maxs and this is what i got:
Squat: 220 lb
Deadlift 250 lb
Leg Curl 120lb
Bulgarian split squat 120 lb

My stats are:
Hight 5'9'' havent even hit my growth spurt yet!!

Weight 115
Arm span 5'9''
standing reach 7'5''
Running vertical jump 31 inches
standing vertical jump 20 inches miss measured
Reactive jump off 16 inch box 19 inches( di i chose the wrong program and should i do the balance program??


Monday and wendsday workout went well. 45-15 minutes each

Curently doing Novice Weights and Plyos from VJB, and TVP arms and Ab Ripper X P90x
Standing: 22 inches
Running: 30 inches inches
Goal at the end ....
Standing: 35 inches
Running: 40 inches

standing: 40+ inches
Running: 50+ inches

Life Long Goals:
Make the NBA and be the best person ever alive to play basketball

Dont't miss judge someone till' you see them play...

hey i did todays workout i planned on skipping it cuz i had a track meet but it got cancelled. So i did it around 5 ish and did it till 5:43, i plan on doing a ab workouto aand a upper body one. I also plan on doing ALOT skills training and endurance. ALso would be doing 5 miles a day but 8 minute ones be over training on top of skills training while playing?? But overall todays workoout wentwell
