Default KBJ2008 Air Alert Journal 5/19/2008

Day 1 5/19/08
Height - 6'0
Weight - 123(bulking)
Standing Vertical - 16"
Running - 21"

Workout Air Alert
Even Days Mon-Wed (cant do fridays)
Odd Tue-Wed-Thur
Also upper body weight training.
I take Muscle Milk supplement before i start each air alert.

First day off air alert little sore in shins could feel the burn while doing exercises in calves and thighs. It feels like its really working so i look forward to continuing. Its also allot easier when you have a partner doing the 15 weeks with you.

oh, i was gona say maybe you should take the muscle milk after but its not whey protein like i take so i duno.

actually it is i used to use ON whey protein it had 24g for 2 scoops this has 32 grams for 2 scoops and taste better + has other thing in it for energy and lean muscle.

Did all the exercises with ease. Did my first squat hops today they where alright. im starting to think the burnout exercise is retarded though...

wait till you get to week 10, i bet u anything u cannot do the burnouts then without getting cramps
