Yo peeps! I am FINALLY free from school today

!!! So anyways, this means summer is here, and basketball is calling. I'm not exactly what you'd call a baller, but I want to be one. I want to be one of those people than when I play, everyone else goes "DID YOU SEE WHAT HE DID?!". I've been mentally preparing myself for the last month. My goal? Dunk on a 10ft rim exactly 1 year away from today on May 16, 2009. I plan on doing VJB Bodyweights

Current max vert (when at hottest): 24 in
Here I've set up a schedule for the first 2 weeks:
Monday: VJB Bodyweights, 2 hour basketball session
Tuesday: 4 hour basketball session
Wednesday:4 hour basketball session
Thursday:4 hour basketball session
Friday:VJB Bodyweights, 2 hour basketball session
Saturday: 4 hour basketball session
Sunday: Rest
Don't worry, the basketball sessions aren't anything that's going to kill me, it's the time I'm going to spend on the court. During a 4 hour session I might only play 2 hours and do something else the other 2.
For the weeks after the first 2, I'm going to have to plan something different since I'm going to Colombia and have to make sure what I can do each day. Supporters? Haters?
