Exclamation pawjx's vertical bible journal

ive just gotten vertical bible recently. tested my vertical and it was a pathetic 17inches. should i start the bodyweight exercise or plyometrics first?

hopefully someone replies this thread. i cant wait to increase my jump. as soon as i start the program, i'll be posting result regularly.

anyone noes what i can do to increase my speed and also exercises that strengthen the lower back? i used to muscle imbalance in that area which caused my hamstring to stiffen.

Begginers Plyometrics+novice Weights

If U Cant Get Access To Weights:
Begginers Plyometrics+bodyweight Leg Strength Training

4 Best Reults

If U R Doin Plyos+bodyweight Leg Strength Training Or W.e, Always Do Plyos First,so Like Plyos In The Morning And Then Say,bodyweights In The Afternoon

Or U Can Do It On Seperate Days,its Up 2 U

ok, some one isnt gonna reply to your thread in 6 minutes. not many people check the journal section. what ryano said was right but y dont people read through vjb? u dont even have to read it all, just 10 pages or so to figure out what you have to do!

i dont want them to go wrong wif training coz its so easy to get confused nowadays wif all this shit like dodgy programs all ova the net n stuff,and training articles which just tell u info but leave these kids lost more than eva.
i know coz i woz there once.

Not many ppl check the journal section?! WTF man!!??!! 85% of the members is almost always checkin out the section...
