hey guys i just finished my strength shoes program and now im starting the VJB intermediate strength guide because my two footed jump isnt that great.
i am 6'4" and might i add that the strength shoes helped alot. i just finished a 4 week program and i just dunked from behind the yellow line, i actually suprised myself. unfortunately my shin splints started coming back so i am starting the VJB program because i hear its sweet. i will update in 2 weeks when i come back from fsu for lacrosse. thanks, i'll keep posting
