Make sure your ATG form is perfect - no lower back rounding or tucking in of the butt at the bottom. You need to take a vid of that and see that for yourself because generally other people tend not to notice that shit. Lots of people want to say they can ATG but not every has the flexibility to do so. can only ATG with a narrow stance and high bar position. My usual back squat is low bar, slightly wider than shoulder width. Just want to tell you this because with the heavier weights that can be unsafe and learn to back pains. Great if you can ATG, but not really necessary dude especially for vertical gains. Only go as low as your flexibility allows.

I know that's how you do it, but get a trained eye to watch your lower back/butt. If it tucks inwards at the bottom, your flexibility is not sufficient to ATG with that stance/set-up safely. You may not notice at first but after a while you may develop pains there and then have to do a major deload and possibly stop squatting for a while. BTW there is no problem with hitting parallel or a little below - you'll sill benefit from the exercise.

lifting heavy weight doesnt not stunt growth but it actually increases the growth hormone release as the intensity get higher. i have found ebooks online about growing taller. its just basically stretching and methods on spine and legs lengthening. all can done anywhere except for the one where a pull up bar is needed. i grew 1 inch in 4 weeks lol.
