Default Mr.HD VJB intermediate Plyometrics

I've recently got a copy of VJB and have decided to chart my progress so anybody looking to follow one of the programs in the future can see the results i get.

I have abit of experince in jump training so thats y i hav dived str8 into the intermeidate program

Here are my stats

age 22
height 6"
weight 190
vertical leap 31"
gains hopin for 36"-37"

Week1 Day1 mon 12/05/2008

Got thru the workout relatively easy except for the last excerise where my legs were burning on the last set. Felt kind of springy and still energised after the workout so lookin forward 2 the nxt session

What other programs have you done before?

I've dun a couple weeks of a program called sky's the limit and i've also dun quite abit of plyometrics with my friend who is a gym instructor but this was a couple of months back

Week1 Day2 wed 12/05/2008

This workout was a little tougher cuz my legs were still sore from the first workout but after the first couple of sets it got easier, the broad jumps were probably the most difficult part

Change the date because wednesday was 14/05/2008. And for the sore legs, most people complain about that but i like the pain because it means my muscles are working. Personnaly, i think more pain = more gains

Week1 Day3 fri 16/05/2008

Today wasn't that tough i fink my muscles are adjusting now hopefully the increase in reps on the next week will make it tougher. I hav bball practice 2moz so i will able to c how i'm doin, not expecting any improvement on vertical but i'm hopin i will feel a lil bit more explosive

Week2 Day1 Tue 20/05/2008

Had to do my workout 2day instead ov yesterday cus i had 2 much school work 2do so i had a little bit more energy cus ov the extra rest. Got thru 2day workout without 2much difficulty, i felt like i was gettin alot higher than last week on the depth jumps aswell

Week2 Day2 Thurs 22/05/2008

Today workout wasn't 2 bad, i didn't do the sprints cus my hamstring started acting up(from old injury) Playin ball 2moz so i will c if i has made any progress

Week2 Day3 Sat 24/05/2008

I luv VJB!!! I had a little scrimage yesterday and i hav definetly had an increase in hops, i was throwing it down with power and gettin alot higher with alley-oop's. Today workout was ok i managed to get thur the workout with no problems
