Default amlaero's Airalert to VJB Journal

Ok i am 17 year old 6'5" and weigh 175lbs
Max squat is approximently 240lbs
Vertical Jump = 25 inches
Running Vertical =24 inches

This week i did the first wekek of air alert i have already noticed a difference but i highly doubt it was due to the program (probably from stretching in the mourning at night and b4 workout)

I plan on doing about 7 weeks or air alert 3 than resting for a week
Than starting on the Novice plyos and Bodyweight program from VJB for the next 12 weeks.

b4 i could only get about 1/3rd of my had over the rim on a 2 legged vertical jump
When i tried today i got half of my hand over the rim and can almost dunk with 2 legged jump

I will update results weekly

yo man seriously u gotta search. ask anyone and they will tell u it messed up there ankles or knees

yes i read all of that but my legs have a strong base and i am only doing the first 7 weeks just for a quick gain
