I just started VJB Monday. I am currently doing the Bodyweight and beginner plyos. I am on week 1 of phase 1.

Height: 5'8
Standing Reach: 7'8
Standing Vertical: 8'8/12inch vertical
Running vertical: 9'0/14inch vertical
My vert extremely sad. I hope to be dunking by next basketball season which is in November. My goal is to have a vertical of 32 inches or so like A.J

. Hopefully this will happen. I am doubtful because of my age. I think I have really weak calves. I can't even tell when I'm flexing them therefore I am going to do 50 reps straight every morning /night increasingly by 5 in addition to VJB.
