Default Fuzzi's VJB Journal

Just started the VJB bodyweight program and beginners plyometrics on Tuesday my stats atm are in my siggy.... as u can c they aint that good lol im doin my strength n plyometrics on the same day twice a week ill post my progress after ive finished week 3. Still feeling it in my legs 2day!!! should i take a protein shake after every workout? i play b ball 3 times a week should i be playing less or more often? i play as much as i can when its not raining lol (sun doesn't come out much over here in england)
