Air Alert IV ( not I, II or III)
HEY, I just got the new Air Alert IV, is says on the website that it is not alir alert 1, 2 or 3. I am going to start it and do the program until the end of July.
Here I am going to post my gains that I get each week through air alert.
Height : 5'9
Weigt : 125lbs
Standing Vertical : 22''
Goal Vertical : 34''

Im not just going with the flow saying AA is bad for your knees but ive exerienced it myself  You can go to like week 4-5 with AA but then go VJB plyos. goodluck

do it if u can like squat 2 times ur vert. everyone been complaining bout how it fucks up ur knees really bad.

i did air alert for 5 weeks no pain in my kneees. i guess you only get pain when you go farther huh?

I did it for 5 weeks it helped my running 1 legged jump a lot, I think all the step up did the trick. Im probably going to do it again but this time include deadlifts and leg curls.

yeah if you add some weight training into it its a "decent" program. im using the word decent very loosly.

The difference is that they moved back the rest week from week 13 back to week 8 and it includes air alert advanced.
I'm gonna do the program with shoes and on a soft carpet to help absorb the shock. For my hamstrings i am doing single-leg hyperextensions. Do you think that I should drink a protein shake after each workout?

Yeah a protein shake would definitely help rebuild muscles and refuel you.
