Ok thanks for clearing that up. That's probably right because I don't think I can even squat my bodyweight yet. I was just confused by why something so simple is actually really hard.

Good news. It gets easier. Keep at it. You'll look back and wonder what was so hard about it.

Totally achieveable at your height and reach. Just need to train smart, hard and consistently. Time is all it takes.

Yea I know I can do it. The thing is I'm not done growing yet I should end up about 6'3". On a side note i have access to a adductor/abductor machine at the gym. It is supposed to streangthen your hip flexors im wondering if i should use it.

Don't waste your time. When you are ready to, box squat with a fairly wide stance. That'll really take care of the hips and hamstrings. In the mean time, squat again and again...

VJB Week 3 WO A

Squats-Added another 5 pounds this week so that is 15 pounds in 3 weeks.
Leg Curls-These went up also I know do 100 pounds.
Calf raises-I do these on a machine that you stand up in and it puts weight on your shoulders I do it with 12 pounds but its really more. Feels like this weight is getting a little light.

I am supposed to do plyos tommorow but I am wondering if you guys think I should i cut it out completly or do it once per week. I am asking because in VJB Kelly says that if you need to work on strength to do plyos once per week so you can be fresher for weight lifting. I really think i need to work on strength because i squat 100 and i weigh almost 150. I think it would be better if i did plyos once a week just want to know what you guys think. I also think my schedule is a problem: Monday-Weight Wo A, Tuesday-plyos#1,Wendsday-Rest,Thursday-Plyos morning and Wo b in afternoon. I think its bad to do plyos the day after i lifted because i am not fully recovered.
