Smart thinking - will pay dividends down the road. Hope you got my PM on TVS regarding your deadlift.

did the dot drill for the second time in my life and i did it right this time.
I got 1:30. So thats 90 seconds
According to the dot drill standards

Under 50 seconds- Super Quick
50-60 Secs- Good
60-70 secs- Average
70-80 Secs- Needs more work
Over 80 Seconds- Slow
So I have slow feet i already knew that but im willing to put in the effort (6 days a week i do the dot drill) so i can get to the under 50 seconds.

they are right when they say its tiring and you appear clumsy.
