Exclamation what program do you recommend for me?

my stats:
im 5'11
7'7 reach
140 lb

standing vert(2leg)-about 20'
running vert (2leg)-about30'
running vert(1leg)-about 20'

previous programs-did aa3 up to week 11 and gained 7' to my running vert

i havent done any programs for the past 2 months and noticed my vert increased by around 2' (i think its results from aa3 kicking in)

now my exams are done next week and i have summer vacation.

right now i can touch rim pretty consistently, and on occasions i can pull it.

what program should i start (i was thinking vjb), also which vjb session should i start (beginner/novice). also dont tell me squatting because i dont want to do any major weightlifitng until im done growing. thanks

lol, coincidence, but you have pretty much the exact same stats as me!

Do VJB, heres the formula:

beginner weights+beginner plyometrics

IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE SUFFICIENT WEIGHTS REQUIRED, THE MATHS IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT BUT THE RESULTS SHOULD NOT BE TOO OFF:

bodyweight leg strength program+beginner plyometrics

please get the idea of weight training stunting growth out of your head, it's NOTHING BUT BULLSHIT, THERE IS NO ACTUAL SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE TO BACK UP SUCH A CLAIM......WHOEVER TOLD YOU IT STUNTS GROWTH IS LYING.....NO TESTS OF ANY SORT HAVE BEEN DONE TO JUSTIFY THIS, SO UNTIL IT'S CLEAR TO YOU THAT IT DOES, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF...

if you aint gonna squat, then ya vert aint going no where fast with bodyweight training alone, not that it won't, but not as quick as it would in collaboration with strength training.....

thanks for the input il be doing the vjb bodyweight+beginner, and for weightlfiting i have been doing it 2 times a week this year. just minor upperbody workouts, il be doing the extreme stuff after. right now skills are more important to me

fair enough if you want to focus on your skills part of the game more so than conditioning atm, but it's good to do both.

What sport are you training for??

basketball/volleyball/track thats why the hops and explosiveness will help me alot
