I just finished week 1 or air alert yesterday. For the stretching, I am using Coach Selerby's way of stretching (A.I.S.), just after using for 1 session I allready feel more stretched out than doing static or dynamic stretching

Just finished week 2 of air alert. I am exhausted today but thats due to lack of sleep. I'm gonna be doing A.I.S. stretching everyday of the week from now on.

I have have decided to do a full body stretch 3 days a week that I am not doing air alert and just stretch my back and my lower body the days that I am doing air alert. Gonna try and start drinking a protein shake next week.

I've forgotten to test my this so i'll do it before I start week 4.

Do u guys think that I should do it in the morning or in the afternoon?

Week 4 - Day 1

I think that the stretching , eating healthier and training has already paid off!! You not gonna believe this but I no have a 29.75 inch vertical jump! Thats a 7.75 increase from 22 inches. I think my progress has more to do with my eating habits in stretching. Even though of al the progress I'm thinking about switching to VJB after this week(4).
