Hi ,going to do VJB begginers plyos and start with bodyweight in the summer. A lil info about me; Vert: 28 that is running one legged (left) i will measure that one becuase i want to be able to dunk and my two legged vert is pretty irrelevant. Anyway; im 14years old (15 in august) My goal is to dunk at the end of the summer, it may be hard but im aiming high. I weight around 165 pounds, pretty muscular x)
Anyway; Did my first workout today, Felt good ^^ Legs are tired now but i can feel that these exersices work . Will do my next WO on Wednesday after school.
Got selections for a region team in sweden in about 4 weeks so i will do two ½ weeks of training now and then rest for the selections and then go again.
