*AHEM* p90x PLYOMETRICS they got a cardio program and streching and shit to but im prety sure this will improve my vert alot. its an hour long nonstop my friend gave me a dvd of it. they suggest once a week and it gets pretty tiring by the end of it my legs are dead.
heres how it works it starts off like 15 minutes of excercises that warm you up like kicking over a high school and lunges and stuff then it goes to different jumping excercises where your supposed to jump as high as you can, each plyometric excercise goes on for about 30 seconds, sometimes longer but theirs a lot of them so ur legs get stronger at every angle.
