You are not advanced enough to be doing them, and you probably won't get 10 inches. Just because it's advanced doesn't mean you gain the most from it ( Actually, you would probably gain the least.)

Try novice plyos.

Your lifts have nothing to do with why you shouldn't be doing advanced plyos. You're supposed to work your way up with vjb. You have basically no experience with plyos. You will injure yourself considering it has drop jumps (altitude drops) in there.

30.5 running vert is not advanced.

You are not full squatting 230 at 112 pounds, especially considering your leg press is only 310 ( which is also doubtful at 112 pounds). Don't lie to yourself bro. Are you going to or past parallel on both of those? I doubt it.

Agree. If you have no or little experience with plyos I would follow the progression of the program from novice upwards. BTW if you are doing 230 with decent squatting depth, your standing vertical of 25 is below par. You should really aim to get your standing vertical into the 30s with a squat like that. You should try practising maximum height jumps from a parallel & quarter squat position and squat jumps with very light weights. Also, lose the leg press exercise. Squat, deadlift and lunge.

Bowflex has squat and leg press? That also won't be your true stats. The only way to get true stats are to use a barbell or a leg press machine, and go to parallel or past it.

Anyway, try novice weights and novice plyos.

Another thing is, I see you start a new program every week. How about you stick with one for once?
