UPN: max jumps 9 calf jumps 9 pull ups100lbs.9 push ups 7 curl jumps 5 hypers4lbs 15
my maxes for starting accelerartion
box squat 180 high pulls 105 bech press 150 stand milit press 95 stiiff dead. 200 partial bench 155 single high opulls 90 partial dedlift 170
