3-4 inches on standing running still pretty close to the same but my agility is much better i can get up higher but its the speed i get up that is really good.
Just finished week 9 monday. I noticed that at about week 8 is where it has started to challenge me it took much longer than usually but i felt really light afterwards so thats good. all in all good workout
