Default when you can do the vertical project for best gains

hey everyone i am 14 and have both tvp and vjb. my vertical is around 26 (i can get rwist on rim on my best jump need bout 2 more inch to dunk) i weigh 165 lb and am 6'1.I hanvet done much training and have only squated like 1 time before and can squat bout 140 lb. I really want to do a program and see some good gains. I
lean towards tvp because it sounds like u get better results. I have talked to many people asking which i should do. Many have told me that i am far to inexperianced to even think about tvp and to do vjb first. Many others have told me not to waste time doing vjb and to go strate for tvp. i am pretty confused lol
well any help is appreciated. thanks

You should go VJB because you dont have enough experience in vertical jump programs to start TVP straight. Also you wont waste your time doing VJB cuz you would still have gains if you do it. And its not like your missing time. Your only 14 so you still have a lot of years to improve your vertical jump. Go step by step and start by the basic: VJB

TVP said that because they know if you do another program before doing TVP, you will see less gains from it. like example: instead of having 8 inches from TVP, you will get 4 inches from VJB and 4 inches from TVP. I think you should do 1 program of VJB before going to TVP
