Default Zellis3 - VJB weekly gains

WEEK 1

Age - 15
Height - 5'8"
Current vertical - 17"
Goal vertical - Whatever gets me dunking

Currently working on beginner pylos, also want to get started on Body weight strength training. If anyone knows how to use those 2 together that'd be great.

build strength first do vjb bodyweight/hit the weightroom/do up to week 7 of air alert. no point in doing plyos yet with 17' vertical

I wasn't really sure which program to do just kind of guessed. I did pylos today and my quads are pretty sore. But if i do lift should i do beginner weights or novice? I have experience lifting just not very strong. And after how long would i go to Pylos?

Ok so i guess im not gonna do plyos right now. Im gonna start VJB bodyweight exercises either saturday or friday depending on the time i have. Back in a week.

I did body weights yesterday (sunday) and was more out of shape than i thought, but it felt pretty good. I'm gonna start doing some upper body lifting this week too. And by the way i thing i did my verical wrong and i think its more like 13" maybe less. So a long way to go.
