sadly lost 3-4 inches in the past couple weeks.
*Your Goal Vertical Jump : 127-86= 41, so total of 12 inches.
Worked out today, did the beginner plyos and novice weights.
(to anyone, should i lower the sets like he said we should for plyos?)
