I just tested my vertical yesterday before starting week2 and I've gained 1.75 inches so far. My vert is 21.25 inches now.
lol how could you test it so accuratly?

Yes if you email them they will give you the link to download it and a registration code. I am not doing it any longer for the moment until I gain some muscle and develop proper technique for the exercises. I hurt my back 3 time on the p-rom deadlifts, iso deadlifts and the clean pulls.
