I have the DARD and do what he said, 13 reps 4 sets (i use 25 pounds)
todays workout wasn't bad btw and I feel quite well overall.

Workout #11 today, legs now have a two day break. Easy workout too, only 5 things. I had to play a tennis match after which kinda stunk, but oh well what can you do.

62.5 on one machine i use, 90 on the other (they feel the same its the variation on the machines).

not looking at gains till after the pool weeks (beginning of week 6, beginning of week 11, and a week after I finish the first 15 weeks, then again 2 weeks after I finish the second segment). I'll be sure to post those, and put them as updates in the first post.

Week two is done!!! I'ma getting over the "its a new workout" phase so now its a little more of a grind, but I'ma try to keep strong. Hopefully once I get to week 5 I'll get new life with the pool phase.

r u doin the window plan n all the other stuff he recomends or jus the workouts?

window plan: i do some of it. I do supplement like he says (timewise) eat the fruit, and drink the shake. premeditated following of it ends there though. I don't eat those 300 cal meals he lays out. as far as other shit yea i do just about everything i can.

this sucks cant open tvp anymore there is security shit on it and i alredy started week1
