Default my 50inch vert journal

ok guys this is how it is gonna work

Before next basketball season i WILL have a 40inch vert

And before i graduate i WILL have a 50 inch vert

and this is how i plan to do it

ok right now i have a 25in vert
i am going to do 6 programs non stop back to back (except for a week in the midle of programs)
this is how it will go

1st athletic advantahe (the real version 2)

2nd tvp (once summer starts)

3rd vjb advanced program

4th i will test and decide according to the time of season

5th if i still dont have a 50in vert i will get a costom program by kelly bagget

now i dont want people posting saying shit like
"thear is no way" OR "thats not possible" OR "you are gonna give up before u compleate all thoes"
because if you say that u are wrong and u can go to hell

hear are my stats i will update them when my program calles for a vert masherment

last updated 3/9/08
my vert before: 25in

great plan! but u need to rest 1-2 weeks between each program at least man otherwise u wont get any gains

yah i know i will take 2 weeks after each program and 3 after tvp considering is will be the hardest by far

Good luck man you can do my goal is to have a 36 inch vertical by the beginning of summer and about a 40 inch by the start of b-ball season. My running Vertical is about 28-30 inch depending on how i'm feeling and my 2 step is about 27 inch.

wow u sound determined. u should take more than one week between programs, 2 - 3 is better. but just remember that rest is the key. dont be dissapointed if u dont get the inches u want in the time u expected, just keep going good luck
