haha not to discourage you but i doubt you could get a 50 inch vertical. trust me you have to be naturally gifted to get to that level. No matter how hard you work, your body has his limit. i will be happy if i could simply get in the 40s

Dude, it's called being reasonable. If I were to guess, two months from now you won't be working out at all. The dude who you're saying isn't determined will probably still be making solid gains as he's taking everything in stide. People are here to help you out when you find out that your vert went down two inches after five months and you get discouraged. Be polite, people are trying to help you, and part of that is looking out for your long term, when you see just how hard 50 is to get. I'm not gonna tell you to aim lower, but if someone tries to help you don't be an ass to them.

i know what your saying man but the thing is u got to set high goles
if i dont tell my self im going to have a 50in vert im never going to have a 50in vert
now the reason i will be able to get a 50in vert is because i am have ben bleased with as kelly bagget would put it "i bone structer ment for jumping"
because i can jump 25 in withought ever lifting or ever doing plyos
i have a 25 in vert and i can barly eaven squat my own weight
now amagen if i could squat 2 times my weight thats all im saying

so yah im setting my gole kind of high and i know that i did it for a reason
all im saying is i dont need pople saying that im gonna fail
i dont go around saying you are gonna fail so why do the same to me
