Why don't you post your workout with weights used and height of jump/boxes/ etc for plyos? That way we can all see if you are training consistently or not and progressing from a training point of viw. Also, we can holler at you if you miss a workout Good luck man!

Ok I did my first workout today and before I start I need to say
sorry for any typos my mom got pised at me so she took away the thing that gets my computer online
So I'm typing this on my itouch (ha ha I'm smarter than u think)

Anyway hear was my workout

Dont ask what a name of a workout means because I dont have time to explain so just read vjb

Plyo's
slalom jumps 2x50
star jumps 2x8
side to side box jump 2x5
power skiping 2x30
1 leg step up jump 2x5
low squat ankle jump 2x30

Weights
squat 3x10 135lbs
leg curl 4x8 45lbs
calf raise 3x20 230lbs

Notes/comits:
squats whear hard as hell normaly I cheet myself and dont go down far enough but not today I went all the way down and it hurt
leg curls hurt probly cuz I almost never do thoes
calf raises I did on a legpress theay where advrage
slalom jumps where hard I dont know if I'm suppsed to do it 1 or 2 leged so I did it with 1
I look like a dum ass when I do star jumps

Thats about it any encorgement or constructive criticism is welcome

Ps I work out at my school and while I was in thear a hot senior girl was working out ( she asked me what radio station I wanted to listen to )
SCORE

Are you following a specific program at all? If not im freestyling as well. But you should substitute good mornings with leg curl. Way better exercise for your hamstrings IMO
