Default bb4II3r VJB's Bodyweight and Beginner's Plyometric Training Journal

Hi guys, going to start both program tomorrow. Will post my results here. Good luck to me!
Age: 13
Height: 5 feet 3 inches
Weight: 88 pounds
Current vertical: 13 inches
Expected vertical: 22 inches

Phase 1
Week 1
Workout 1
Sunday. Worked out in the afternoon just now. Legs feeling okay right now. Guess they will be much more tired tomorrow. That's what always happen to me. Going to continue my second workout on Thursday. Have a 3 day rest.
Workout 2
Thursday. Had a three day rest. Legs are damn tired now. Probably going to play basketball at least once over the next 2 days. Continuing my workout on Sunday. Tired mentally and physically.

Test day. Today is Sunday and I tested out my vertical. I jumped 5 times and hit 14 inches for 2 times. The other 3 times I jumped lower than 13 inches. So , to sum this week up-
Original vertical- 13 inches
Current vertical- 14 inches

Week 2
Workout1
I only did the plyos, didn't have time to do the bodyweight. I am going to do the bodyweight on Tuesday.

No offence taken. Yeah, I'm Asian and skinny, so that explains my statistics.
I was never really one who exercises a lot till I'm 12, when I started playing basketball. I guess that explains my poor legs strength. That's why I'm going to start training now. Don't want to be the one who always sucks at sports.
Besides, if I can be faster and jump higher, I am going to be a really good basketballer.
