I applaud you for making this far, but it would be a good idea to stop. I know you don't want to be a quitter, hell you made it farther than me (week 8). But I guarantee you, that if you stop now and take a week or two off and do VJB you will be a lot better off and see even better gains. b/c now that your endurance is up VJB will be a lot more rewarding.

That's what happened to me when I did them. That's when I decided to quit. It wasn't knee pain, it was that I always felt nauseous from the entire workout.

If you've been doing air alert until week 11 then you should be able to handle it! I think it has do do with your nutrition most likely your recover.

Don't listen to noobs. they are the ones that say stuff exactly like that. check the entire website. ask anybody. they will tell you that you are doing good and that you have made good gains, but trying to finish AA3 is a bad idea. switching out exercises is good. substituting squat hops for jump squats or something is good, but trust me. If you finish this program, you will feel good now, but a year if not months from now you will start feeling pain in your knees...I'm not trying to flame or discourage you, b/c you have done really good things, I just don't want to see someone get hurt like I did and feel sick all the time.
But good luck to you anyway.

arent jump squats about the same as leap ups? If what u r saying is true then, what should I do instead of thrust ups and burnouts and sprinting?

What I'm saying is that what you have substituted is there b/c you needed a change...doing outrageous reps 3 days a week for that long is ridiculous...sprinting is good and should have been implemented since day one so stick with that...but what i'm saying is that it's time to switch now...really...nutrition and rest are big parts of gaining, but the program itself is wrong...it works for beginners and that's cool...there is nothing wrong with the exercises, just the amount of times you have to do them...VJB has the same exercises across a few different programs, but the volume is nowhere near as high...Really...you should take 2 weeks...no more than 2...rest...and re-test your gains...then go to VJB
