Yo i'm doing AA3 to i'm on week 9 everything fine my explosiveness is great is it just me or after i while does air alert work more on improving on how fast you get off the ground more then how high( it still helps you get higher). I find that i can get off the ground really fast now but not as high as i would like.

Ibetan I am very surprised you don't have tendonitis yet... and I really believe that you should stop now. Air alert is so bad that it can cause tendonitis in record time (usually within 15 weeks) but the reason you should stop now is because right now you have all kinds of muscle imbalances and everytime you perform an athletic activity your knee is suffering because of them. Until you start a weight training program soon to cancel out those imbalances your knees will suffer.

just finished week 9.. starting of the week, i could only do 20 leap ups straight without stopping for a bit. now i can do 50 nonstop almost. yesterday i did standing jump and was 3 inches away from touching rim (woah), this was after playing 3 hours of ball and tired. i didnt try running cause my ball shoes lost all grip and slide. so next time im sure i can grab rim. dam aa3 is the bomb.

started week 10 and things are getting crazier. i havent been able to jump high for the past 2 weeks, hopefully when i recover i will have gained 2-4 inches (happened on week 3 and week 6 when i went sore for a while and gained inches)
