well its luck, the majority of people hurt themselves doing aa. and thats with doing all the stretching and stuff. some people even have to have surgery because of it. i think redsoxfan said he knew some people that had to have surgery because of shin splints caused by aa. so if u wanna keep going then its up to you. but every1 is gonna think your an idiot....

and by everyone you probaly think me =/

i did air alert, did everything and ended up getting osgood schlatters which not only is causing me alot of money, but also pain, discomfort and INABILITY TO TRAIN MY VERT EFFICIENTLY!!

but yeah. i didnt feel any problems even til i finished week 11.. it was only when i stopped, my knees started really screwing up on me etc. and i spent 6 weeks resting after and was lucky enough for my legs to recover and crap

i found this site

it says the injuries are due to muscle imblances, im planning on adding a hamstring exercise and deadlifting/squating for lowerback.

week 7-- the reps for burnouts are getting crazy. after getting to 200s sometimes i feel ab strains. so i will stretch out my abs next time. im planning on finish aa3 (no im not crazy). then starting VJB (novice plyos and bodyweight).

Yea, for some reason it feels so weird in your abs when you do that. ( I use burnouts as a warmup before working out along with some dynamic stretches)
